California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Categories of Personal Information
- Identifiers: name, email, phone, IP address.
- Internet activity: browsing history, interactions with our site.
- Geolocation: approximate location derived from IP.
- Commercial information: property preferences and inquiry records.
Your California Rights
- Right to Know: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected.
- Right to Delete: request deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions.
- Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to Limit Sensitive PI: we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
How to Exercise
Submit a verifiable request by emailing privacy@northlinerealty.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject. We will verify your identity before processing and respond within 45 days.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization.
Shine the Light
California Civil Code §1798.83 permits you to request information about disclosure of personal data to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not make such disclosures.
